small groups « The Gathering

Small groups are small communities of people who gather regularly for prayer, study and friendship. Meeting regularly in community is a way we live out our commitments to serve God in community, pray for one another, support one another, and critically think about questions of faith. Most small groups meet for short intervals (5-6 weeks), but some might meet more regularly. If you are new, please consider a small group. None of our groups are closed and new people regularly join.

jesus said what??
He is one of history’s greatest teachers. But his lessons weren’t always that easy. As we explore these tough sayings of Jesus each Sunday for the next few weeks, there will be an opportunity to dig a little deeper.  A small group is meeting Wednesdays at 7:30 pm at the Bread Co on Chippewa & Lansdowne, beginning June 30, to talk more about each week’s sermon. You can come to one week or all five. For questions about this group, contact Jenny Shult.

To sign up for any of the small group opportunities, contact Jenny Shult or e-mail the leader directly. If you are interested in leading a small group or have questions about small groups at The Gathering, please contact Jenny.
